The house is located in the historic center of the Pievetta di Priola hamlet, a town located about halfway up the Upper Tanaro Valley and about an hour’s drive from the Ligurian Sea and large cities such as Turin and Genoa.
The property can be reached by car and it is also possible to park, sheltering the car under the two porticoes inside the property.
The residential part is spread over the first and second floors of the building, which has an independent entrance in the stairwell directly from the public road.
On the first floor of the house there are, interspersed with stairs, the eat-in kitchen and the living room, both equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and built-in wardrobes. There is also a blind service bathroom to be renovated, which however can be easily expanded into the adjacent room. On the first floor there is also a covered terrace and four other rooms, now used as storage but which can be transformed into habitable rooms, one of which has a door that allows access to the private garden of approximately 43 square meters located at the back of the house.
