Nava, located at 934 m above sea level, is a pass in the Ligurian Alps that via the state road connects Imperia in about 30 minutes by car and in less than an hour to Mondovì. It has the characteristic of being famous for the cultivation of lavender and of being “guarded” by a system of Fortifications.

A few steps from the bungalow there is the restaurant, the recently redone tennis court and 5 minutes away the equestrian center.

The property area measures 60 square meters and is divided into 35 meters of terrace with private parking space and 25 meters of living area.

Through the armored door you access the living area equipped with an open kitchen and pellet stove.

The room has a wardrobe and a double bed..

The bathroom has a shower and a window, hot water is produced by a gas boiler.

To complete the property, a mezzanine of about 10 square meters. currently used as an additional bedroom.

It is important to note that the structure was built in 2016 in compliance with the campsite regulations.

The double-glazed windows and blinds are in PVC, mosquito nets have been installed and the flooring is parquet.

Maintenance costs are about €1,300 per year including water and maintenance of the common areas of the campsite which also has a picnic area, barbecue area and camper area.
