ARMO:

Ancient small mountain village from the Middle Ages immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian Alps, a 30-minute drive from Imperia and with many trails for trekking enthusiasts. The wines and oil produced in the area are highly appreciated, and all the main services can be found in Pieve di Teco, about a 10-minute drive from Armo.

THE HOUSE:

Ancient farmhouse from the 1800s, lovingly restored with attention to detail, fits perfectly into the natural environment in which it is located, following all the new regulations regarding eco-sustainability. From the solar panels with storage to the thermo-insulating windows, this luxury property has all the main features and comforts of a modern home without losing the essence of the ancient farmhouse.

The house consists of a very large main apartment spread over three floors and a smaller apartment for guests on the lower floor, which can be accessed either through a completely independent entrance or from the internal stairs of the apartment.

On the ground floor of the main accommodation, there are two double bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen with high ceilings of five meters, where a skylight has been created to allow natural light to illuminate everything, a very large living room, a livable terrace of about 25 square meters, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a shower, and a laundry room, all furnished with high-quality furniture and respecting the historical nature of the farmhouse with restored reclaimed beams and exposed stone.

On the upper floor, there is the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom, also with a skylight to minimize the need for electrical lighting, and a study where one can dedicate themselves to work or reading.

In the basement, there is a vaulted cellar completely restored, furnished with historical reclaimed objects and high-quality furniture. It has also been renovated following the historical standards of the house, giving the environment the charm of the past.

Finally, on the basement level, with a separate entrance, there is the apartment for guests with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom.

All the electrical and plumbing systems are newly built, the house is heated by underfloor heating, a thermal fireplace, and a pellet stove. There is also a photovoltaic system with an 800-liter storage tank, a water softener, and the entire house has been wired for internet connection in every corner.
