Our paradise in Puglia, southern Italy, is for sale. It is located by the sea (Adriatic Coast) in the village of La Bussola, just 6 kilometers from the charming town of Manfredonia. The sun shines at least 10 months a year, but the temperature is still pleasant in December and January.

The house has been completely renovated (including electricity, water pipes and sewer), has a modern kitchen and new bathroom. There is also a lovely covered veranda, where you can eat outside early in the year. The house is also equipped with a duo split system (heating and cooling, in the dining room, living room and master bedroom). There is a large terrace in front of the house, where you can easily park your car. There is a slightly smaller garden behind the house. The house itself is approximately 90 m2, around the house there is a total of approximately 100 m2 of land.

You can walk to the sea in just 10 seconds. In the summer months there is a small lido, where beach beds and parasols can be rented. Furthermore, beautiful white towns such as Trani, Vieste, Peschici, Molfetta and Giovinazzo are nearby. You can also reach Bari, the home town of Saint Nicholas, in no time.
