Ancient village with panoramic view of Pescaglia
Charming and private village consisting of a historic farmhouse and 3 houses located in a beautiful wooded valley on the hills of Lucca, at the beginning of the Garfagnana National Park. Despite the not very high point among the high hills, the house is very sunny even in the winter season. The houses date back to the mid-1700s and have many original features, including exposed stone walls and original ceilings with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles. The property is immersed in three and a half hectares of pine and chestnut forest, with over 100 olive trees and other fruit trees, with a splendid view of the valley. The small swimming pool and its sun terrace seem to hover above the trees – ideal for relaxing under the Tuscan sun.
